Welcome to Cal State LA Housing! We’re excited you’re interested in touring our facilities.
Housing tours are available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., lasting about 30 minutes. Hours may vary based on staff availability.
We offer two types of tours:
- South Village Tour: For students under 21. If you turn 21 during the academic year, we recommend the Apartment Tour instead. Watch the South Village video to learn more.
- Apartment Tour: For students 21 or older, or those turning 21 during the academic year. Watch the Apartments video to learn more.
